Cancellation Policy
Your appointment has been reserved especially for you.

We recognize your time is valuable. In the effort to respect your time and that of other guests, if you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, or 48 hours for group bookings, to avoid being charged. If less than 24 hours is provided, we will do our best to fill the service time - you may be charged a cancellation charge at 50% of the service cost.
A missed appointment (no show) will be charged for the full service(s) booking. No exceptions.
